American Flood & Fire is an independently owned and operated restoration company based in Stephenville, Texas. Founded by Jimmie Fair in 2008, we've built our reputation on fast response, honest work, and getting families and businesses back on their feet after disaster strikes.
Our Story
Jimmie Fair started American Flood & Fire in April 2008 with a simple goal: give Erath County homeowners and business owners a restoration company they could trust to show up fast and do the job right, especially when it mattered most.
Since then, we've responded to burst pipes in the middle of the night, house fires that upended families' lives, and the aftermath of Central Texas storms — extracting water, removing smoke and soot, remediating mold, and rebuilding structures from the studs up.
We're still locally owned, still based right here on FM 8 in Stephenville, and still answering the phone ourselves — 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
